Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

We offer free shipping on orders over $75. For orders under $75, we have three shipping plans to choose from:

  • Flat shipping: $7.99
  • Express shipping: $8.99
  • Next-day shipping: $12.99
Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard flat shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days. Express shipping usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days. Next-day shipping is available for select regions and will arrive within 1 to 2 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most countries in Europe and Asia. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email. If you experience any issues with tracking or your tracking number does not appear to be working, please reach out to us and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Shipping Issues & Undeliverable Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please include photos of the damaged package and products in your email to help us process your claim faster. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can only update the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Delivery Confirmation & Signature Requirements

For high-value orders or shipments to certain locations, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your items. If you are not available to sign for your package, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local facility. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package during business hours, such as your workplace or a trusted neighbor’s address, to avoid any delivery delays.
