Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nicerway. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization along with detailed instructions on how to send your items back. Please do not send any items back to us without first obtaining a return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item you received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. In cases where we made an error with your order or the item arrived in unsatisfactory condition, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items on your own, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package and are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that the item you want is reserved and shipped to you as quickly as possible. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead and notify you when the item becomes available again.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and inspecting every order before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Certain items marked as final sale on our website are not eligible for return or exchange. These may include clearance items and limited edition products. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing to see if an item is marked as final sale. All final sale purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
