Returns and Exchanges Eligibility
circlifys.com accepts returns and exchanges for most bedding sets within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. For hygiene reasons, pillowcases and duvet covers that have been removed from their original sealed packaging are only eligible for return if they are defective. Return Process and Authorization
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number may experience significant processing delays. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process ensures that your return is handled efficiently and accurately.
Refund Processing and Timelines
After your return is approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card company. You will receive an email confirmation from us once the refund has been issued. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error. For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as the return is processed.
Exchanges for Different Products
If you need to exchange your circlifys.com bedding set for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when you contact us at [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. If it is of a lower value, we will refund you the difference. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by circlifys.com for exchanges initiated due to a defect or our error.
Condition of Returned Items
For a successful return, your bedding set must be returned in its original, saleable condition. This means there should be no stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear. The items should be folded neatly and placed back into the original packaging. We inspect all returned items thoroughly. Returns that do not meet these condition requirements may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Our goal is to ensure the next customer receives a product that meets our high quality standards.
Non-Returnable Items and Situations
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes bedding sets purchased during clearance sales or special promotion events that were explicitly marked as “final sale.” Additionally, any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged due to customer misuse, or is missing parts or tags is not eligible for return. Gift cards are also non-returnable. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Costs and Labels
For returns that are not due to a circlifys.com error (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where the return is due to our mistake, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use it for a non-qualifying return.
